Cost: Free

When: January 22, 2019, 11:00am – 11:45am CST

Overview:
Attendees will learn more about best practices in Mechanical Integrity (MI) so that assets are designed, operated, and maintained according to good engineering practices, and applicable codes, standards, specifications and manufacturers' recommendations. In addition, MI should be integrated with all relevant external management systems to prevent sidestepping of the MI program.

Integration with Management of Change (MOC) and Asset Performance Management (APM) forms the necessary foundation to ensure effective oversight and build toward Operational Excellence. In order to successfully implement integrated MI, automation is necessary and should include software that can communicate well with existing databases (e.g. Maximo, SAP PM) as well as capture and provide insight into component-level information such as identifying critical equipment, repeat bad actors and non-OEM contributions to reliability issues.

Key Webinar Focus / Agenda:

  • What is MI in 2019 and how do you sustain a program
  • Where does MI begin
  • How MI can effectively integrate with APM
  • How to address RAGAGEP within your MI program
  • How to leverage an effective MOC process to augment MI
  • How important is it to identify critical equipment
  • Key business processes that integrate with MI
  • Overview of an integrated software solution to implement and sustain an MI program
