Workshop Overview:
Companies continue to be challenged to enhance production without damaging their privilege to operate their assets. To achieve this, they need to find new ways to improve operational efficiencies. Traditional Asset Performance Management (APM) practices have been cumbersome to implement due to the limitations of both the technology and the approach. New APM delivers an integrated model… driving better, smarter asset strategies at the equipment level.

New APM incorporates Process Safety Management (PSM), human performance and Conduct of Operations (CoO) to improve outcomes. In addition, new APM reduces the false alerts that can be caused by the empirical models that drive traditional APM. Also, new APM uses mobility as a key catalyst to improve information management for operations and maintenance personnel.

This one-day intensive workshop will share current best practices and the transformation journeys of companies working toward operational excellence through enhanced Asset Performance Management (APM) and Conduct of Operations (CoO). Through hands-on work sessions, interactive roundtables, and discussions attendees will gain an enhanced understanding of the fundamentals that form a solid APM and CoO program. Participants will benefit from actionable information they can use right away to improve asset integrity, reliability, and operational discipline.

Key Topics:

  • Hear first-hand examples of transformation in the trenches
  • Explore an effective new framework for Asset Performance Management (APM)
  • Asset strategy and lifecycle cost management
  • Empower field personnel to leverage mobility for real-time decision support
  • Explore Conduct of Operations real-world challenges and solutions
