Workshop Overview:
As market and operating conditions change, companies must optimize production through optimal asset management to create profit without putting their privilege to operate at stake (while still ensuring safety and compliance). Achieving the right balance is not a simple task – in this workshop, we'll explore an Intelligent Operations framework and work through common challenges.

Intelligent Operations takes Conduct of Operations (CoO) – vital to structuring operational tasks to match the organization's risk tolerance while ensuring that every task is performed deliberately and correctly – to the next level. A consistently high performing organization requires a defined framework with supporting policies and procedures to provide clarity on goals, including lines of authority, accountability, and a clear chain of command.

This workshop will examine the key aspects of Intelligent CoO and explore effective strategies for implementing them.
